Join us in South Australia to be part of the Australasian Society for Breast Disease’s (ASBD) 13th Scientific Meeting to be held 14-16 September 2023 at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

The theme for the 2023 meeting is “Breast 360 – Interdisciplinary perspectives and breakthroughs”. It reflects the multidisciplinary nature of our society and looks at innovations and breakthroughs in breast cancer treatment from various discipline perspectives giving a 360 degree view.

Highlights of the meeting will include an examination of Emerging Strategies including HER2 targeted therapy and new approaches to the management of oligometastatic disease, a session on Innovation and Advances covering Proton Therapy at the Bragg Centre, intraoperative margin assessment and Artificial intelligence in both Breast Pathology and Breast Imaging. There will be a focus on Lobular Carcinoma, as well as on Living Well and Survivorship. Hope Rugo will address the expanding role of ADCs in the treatment of breast cancer, and a session on Optimising Patient Outcomes will examine emerging treatments in early TNBC and optimising outcomes in early ER+ breast cancer.

A stimulating and extensive program is being finalized to develop the major Australasian 2023 educational activity for those working in the breast disease area, exploring the latest advances and innovations in breast cancer care.
