The ASBD  launched a new monthly Rapid-Fire Update Webinar Series on 8th April 2025.

These concise, topical case-based webinars of approximately 1 hour are aimed at busy members of the multidisciplinary breast cancer team.

Webinar No 1 with a surgical theme of “Exploring the limits of breast conservation” featured speakers Dr Peter Barry and Dr Samriti Sood.

How far can we safely push the boundaries of breast-conserving surgery? This was an insightful case-based webinar exploring the boundaries of breast-conserving surgery, and featured expert discussions on the latest evidence, safety considerations, and evolving surgical strategies.
